What a great shop! I took my beloved bike in for a needed tune up and got it back in a couple days good as new! They repaired all of the things I complained about and didn't try and up sell me on things I didn't need, in fact they actually saved me money on some things and were very knowledgeable. I went for my first ride after getting it back today and if felt good to really be able to crank on the gears again, no more chattering, squeaking, or slipping!
Aggravating experience - Placed a deposit on a bike to order - they said would ship in the coming week. They said the order was delayed and would find out about buying from another bike shop. Never followed up with me so I requested my deposit back. Wouldn't issue the deposit back to my credit card upon sending them an email with a picture of my credit card used, the receipt, and drivers license since I live an hour away. Finally get a clear weekend months later to go in for the deposit. They say they will refund $465 of the $500 deposit because they charged $35 for bike fitting. Never originally told me that the fitting for the bike was any amount of money. I said they never noted anything about the 2 minute bike sizing being a cost in any scenario. They said I was lying and made a snide remark that they should have kept more of the deposit. Only terrible experience I've had with a bike shop in my life, not worth the risk
Made my really old bike run like new. They put in the extra care and it shows.
