When you find a shop that does things the right way, keep going back! I've had a few big jobs done on my car at J P - they're very thorough and will recommend whether or not a repair is actually worthwhile. Can't recommend highly enough.

They will never create unnecessary repairs or oil changes. Consider this: About 25 years ago ,Joe called and said his accountant had discovered they had overcharged us $75.00 on a repair. He wanted to send us a check. I told him to set up a credit. You will not find a more capable or honest place to take your automobile.

I have a Mini,so finding a repair shop that understood how to actually diagnose and fix my car was priority.I don't say this lightly....They have twice had to fix what other shops did WRONG! I have since learned to call them at the first sign of trouble, as well as for routine service to keep "Gidget the Mini" running smoothly. Finally,and to me...most important...this business pays attention to their customer's needs and makes sure that even AFTER I pick up my car,ask 1000 questions and drive away satisfied...Joe or Scott will text me to find out if everything is still running smoothly a day or two later.
