STAY AWAY. Paul changed the roof of our house just before we bought it. Unfortunately the new roof was part of the deal and we could not choose the roofer. The new gutters were done so badly that one fell to the street breaking all the roof fascia. The gutter on the side of the house was broken and leaks each time it rains staining the facade. The gutter on the front of the house was installed pitching in the wrong direction (instead of pitching towards the downspout it pitches opposite to it, so there is no way the water can run out towards the downspout. It is always clogged and dirty. I called Paul many times leaving him messages and also sent several emails but he never got back to me. I don't think he has any pride in his work. The worst for me is not the fact that the work was done badly but his indifference for the result of his own work. Now we have to hire and pay another contractor to fix his botched job.
Paul took the time to explain options. When we were ready they came in, did a great job and left. My yard was left clean, no roofing material or debris left behind (except for the old gutter). The gutter guy did came back to pick it up. Reasonability priced good quality work!
